NatureMDs' Optimum Wellness service is our flagship service. The NatureMDs platform allows you to select and interact with a chosen Optimum Wellness consultant via interactive sessions or personal message system.

Interactive Session:
An interactive session is either a live webcam, audio or text session, depending on your preference. After registering, completing your profile and purchasing credits you can schedule an interactive session with the Optimum Wellness consultant of your choice at a time that is convenient for you. Before your session, your Optimum Wellness consultant will thoroughly review your file and will be prepared to answer all of your queries. Each scheduled interactive session lasts 15 minutes, after which you will receive a session summary and treatment plan.


Personal Messages:
You also have the option of a personal message correspondence that is not according to any set timetable. After registering, simply complete your profile, purchase credits, and select an Optimum Wellness consultant you wish to communicate with. Send a personalized message and expect to receive a reply usually within 24 hours. Your Optimum Wellness consultant will review your profile and medical history and reply back to you with suggestions, dietary advice and a treatment plan, if necessary.

Fees:
NatureMDs works on a credit-based system. To use any of the NatureMDs services you will have to purchase credits prior to scheduling an Interactive session or requesting a personal message.
10 credits are needed for an interactive session.
4 credits are needed for a personal message.
