What is the Optimum Wellness service? |
Our Optimum Wellness program is a unique program that aims to rebalance the body, cure health problems and prevent them from happening. Once you select an Optimum Wellness consultant you can either schedule an interactive session or send a personal message. Before all interactive sessions and personal message replies, your Optimum Wellness consultant will carefully look over your file and will be ready to answer all of your queries, and suggest a course of treatment. What is an Interactive session? |
|
An Interactive session is a live online session either by webcam, audio or text chat with an Optimum Wellness consultant. After successfully booking an interactive session, an Optimum Wellness consultant will carefully review your profile and history. At the scheduled time an activation link will appear on your home page. Clicking this will open the private interactive area for your session with your selected Optimum Wellness consultant. Each session is limited to 15 minutes; however, if you feel that this is not enough, you may book multiple sessions as long as the Optimum Wellness consultants’ schedule permits this. The cost of each interactive unit is 10 credits. At the end of the session your Optimum Wellness consultant will send you a summary of the session and a list of suggestions and recommendations.

What is the free trial service? |
The NatureMDs Free Trial allows you to register, create a profile and submit a message query which will be replied to by an Optimum Wellness consultant. This enables you to sample some of the options on the NatureMDs site before you progress to the Optimum Wellness service. What are detoxification and immune booster programs? |

These self-help programs are designed for people who don’t have any known medical conditions and may wish to detoxify their body or boost their immune system. |

What are the fees that NatureMDs charges? |
|
NatureMDs works on a credit based system. To use any of the NatureMDs services’ you will have to purchase credits prior to scheduling an interactive session or requesting a personal message.
10 credits are needed for an interactive session.
5 credits are needed for a personal message.

Can I cancel a session once I have booked one and what happens if a scheduled appointment is missed either by the client or the consultant? |

Does NatureMDs have a refund policy? |
You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your purchase provided that none of the credits have been used. Refunds exclude handling fees.
All refunds are subject to a processing fee of $10.00 USD. |

Can I log on to NatureMDs website from any computer? |
|
NatureMDs is a Web-based service that can be accessed from any computer worldwide. For a full Webcam session, a high-speed Internet connection, microphone/speakers and a Webcam are required. Audio sessions and live chat can also be held, without the use of a Webcam and microphone/speakers.
