We use modern diagnostic examination test results, ultra sound imaging (blood work, urinalysis, EKG, etc.) to recommend a course of natural medical treatment.

	What services does NatureMDs provide?
Our confidential services are aimed to provide a natural therapy option for a healthy lifestyle. Our services include: * Optimum Wellness * Free trial session. *Detox and immune booster programs. 	What is Optimum Wellness?
After successful registration with NatureMDs you will be asked to fill out a medical history form, submit your latest medical test results; for example blood work, urinalysis and other diagnostic tests. You will be asked to provide us with a recent photograph and email regarding your medical condition. As soon as this information reaches our medical team we will carefully analyze all the data and guarantee an email response within 48 hours. Our response will include a wellness plan, and its detailed interpretation together with a recommended course of natural treatment (You will have the option of obtaining your natural medication by an express postal service from NatureMDs or obtaining it locally). At this time, you will have the choice of scheduling either a webcam or live chat session with a senior specialist. Our Optimum Wellness service also includes a timely follow up service to ascertain your medical status and satisfaction, and to answer any further queries you may have.

	What is a free trial?
Our trial service allows you to create a profile and be in touch with our medical staff via our internal messaging system only. Due to the nature of this free service and the large amount of clients we deal with daily, we can only guarantee an email reply within 5 days. On your free trial membership, you will be entitled to a free message after which time you will be required to upgrade your account to our Optimum Wellness membership if you wish to continue using our services.

	What are detox and immune booster programs?
These programs are designed for people who have no known medical conditions and want to detox their body or raise their immune system. These programs do not require a medical consultation, however a medical waiver needs to be signed.

	What happens, if after reviewing my medical history NatureMDs decide to withhold treatment?
NatureMDs reserves the right to withhold treatment for patients whose medical condition is outside our range of services. In this case fees will be waived. We will still try to provide you with as much professional medical advice as possible regarding your condition.

	What happens if a scheduled appointment is missed either by the patient or the doctor?
If a patient fails to log on for a scheduled appointment charges will be waived the first time. If however, this reoccurs, a “no show” fee will be charged. A minimum 4 hour notice is required for any rescheduling of appointments. If a doctor fails to log on for a scheduled appointment the patient will be compensated with credit for a one time rescheduled appointment either by web cab or live chat. If for technical reasons NatureMDs server is down the appointment will be rescheduled as soon as the technical issue is resolved. This will not be considered a “no show” by either the patient or doctor.

	Can I log on to NatureMDs website from any computer?
We are a web based service that can be accessed from any computer worldwide. All you have to do is log on with your email address and password to enter our secured site. For webcam appointments a high speed internet connection is necessary and a webcam.

	What security measures have been taken to ensure my confidentiality?
NatureMDs values the confidence and trust you have shown in us and we have taken measures of the highest standard to secure your privacy.

	What do I do if I experience technical difficulties while navigating through NatureMDs website?
